Exchange Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted within 1 day of delivery only.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
A mandatory unboxing video must be submitted (see next section).
SECTION 7 - UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)
To process any exchange request, you must provide an unboxing video that meets the following criteria:
The video must begin before opening the parcel.
Show the full outer package, shipping label, and all sides clearly.
The product must be opened on camera.
Any claims without a valid, unedited unboxing video will be rejected.
This helps us validate your claim and ensure quality control.
SECTION 8 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and contact information. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
